You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BetterMCAT and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
